Furthermore, some of my responsibilities include facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers, serve as a mediator to ensure that all parties involved understand their rights/responsibilities. This process often includes managing offers/counteroffers, arranging for property inspections, coordinating with appraisers, and connecting clients with loan officers or attorneys. 

Incidentally, I was raised in the Sapulpa area and feel that I have an in-depth knowledge of property, locations, and acreages. I consider myself familiar with the people and have an eminent perception for their hopes and/or necessities in the real estate industry.
