Welcome to Wichita ICT!

21 years I have called Wichita home. I have been raising my 2 children with my husband in this exciting community. I am especially proud of our military families at McConnell Air Force Base and how much pride they bring to our community. I have been with Coldwell Banker Plaza Real Estate for 8 years. I would love to walk you through the home buying or selling process with ease. Home buying is more than finding the perfect house. You may want to consider the neighborhood, schools, safety etc. You let me know what your concerns are and I will go above and beyond to provide you with all the information you need. My attention to detail, listening skills, calm disposition, integrity and experience will guide you through. No question too small or too big. Open and honest communication is a must. My background is in Criminal Justice and Sociology. I am passionate when it comes to working with people. I love to listen to what they want and use my skills to figure out the best way to get them there. My top priority is to advocate for your dream home.

Over the past 8 years, I have worked diligently in my career as a Realtor. I earned the Pricing Strategy Advisor Certification 2016, RSCK Presidents Club Award 2017, 2019, 2021 and 2022, Realogy Partner Program Specialist 2021. I work with Buyers and Sellers, New Home Specialist, Open House Specialist and Rental Specialist. I am continually taking Educational training courses to keep my knowledge up to date.

I am active in my community. I have volunteered at the Wheatland Elementary School, Andover Middle School, Andover High School, Andover Booster Club, Andover High School Trojan Round Up Fundraising Committee and Coldwell Banker Homes for Dogs Project. I am passionate and vested in my community.

I have known Shannon personally for 18 years. When my mom passed away, my siblings and I needed to ready her house to sell. Shannon advised us how to navigate the process and gave us references for the estate sale and other resources we needed. She marketed the house for a very quick sale and we had two over asking price offers within 24 hours. We were pleased with the selling price of the house and the process went very smoothly all around. Shannon is a true professional and was very prompt in communication. I highly recommend her as a realtor!

We really enjoyed working with Shannon. She was available to work around our crazy schedules and made us feel like her number one priority. After finding our dream home Shannon made sure we understood the entire process. She helped us get the best deal that we could and we are so grateful for her. After our final walk thru we noted one of the repairs wasn’t done per request and Shannon made sure to get it addressed right then and there. Our process was so smooth. Low budget is no obstacle for Shannon. She found exactly what I wanted, where I wanted, at the price I wanted… yes… in THIS housing market (Jan-May 2022). Her experience and impressive skills of a realtor aren’t even the best things about her. The best thing about her is that she will treat you like you’re her highest-budget client. She bent over backwards for me on multiple occasions. This woman will work hard for you!I placed all of my confidence in Shannon and I couldn’t be happier with that decision. If I could describe my family's experience with Shannon as our Realtor in a word it would be "phenomenal". She went way above her responsibilities as a Realtor.
